I conduct consultations anywhere in the UK and Europe and am also available to travel to other countries on request.
My range of experience covers everything from studio apartments to large family mansions, offices, restaurants, retail outlets, and many other kinds of businesses in the UK, Europe, Singapore, Japan, Bali, Australia and New Zealand. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds.
I married Karen Kingston in 2006 and we have travelled to many parts of the world together to teach workshops and professional training courses. Originally from Australia, I'm now permanently based in the UK, where I am co-director of Karen Kingston International Ltd with special responsibility for running the space clearing products online store. Space Clearing consultations
Space clearing is the feng shui art of clearing and revitalizing energies in buildings. It can be used in your home or workplace to give insights into the hidden issues that are holding you back personally or professionally, and to clear the energy imprints that can prevent you from moving forward in life.
Consultation fee: £75 per hour plus materials (flowers, candles & harmony ball) + travel time & expenses + VAT.
The length of time it takes depends on the size of building and the issues involved.
Example: A 2 bedroom home takes 3 hours, and the consultation fee is £225.
Clutter Clearing consultations
I work with all types of clutter clearing, from everyday items to serious hoarding. Sometimes one session is enough. If you have a lot of clutter, it will usually require a number of sessions at regular intervals to give you support and help you keep going until the job is done.
A one or two-hour consultation is charged at my usual rate of £75 per hour, but the most effective time period for a consultation is a half day (3 hours) or a full day (6 hours), or better still, a series of half day or full day consultations. I offer special rates for these. Choose from the following four options, or contact me to request a tailor-made package:
A 3-hour session. This option is for people who need a good kick-start with their clutter clearing.
Consultation fee: £50 per hour x 3 hours = £150 + VAT = £180 (+ travel time & expenses)
A whole day clutter clearing session (6 hours with a one hour break for lunch).
Choose this option if you have a moderate amount of clutter, and would like to get instant and visible results.
Consultation fee: £45 per hour x 6 hours = £270 + VAT = £324 (+ travel time & expenses)
Half day series
A 3-hour clutter clearing session in your home every week for 3 weeks.
Choose this option if you have a fair quantity of clutter and need hands-on help to make progress clearing it.
Consultation fee: £35 per hour x 9 hours (3 half day sessions) = £315 + VAT = £378 (+ travel time & expenses)
Whole day series
A 6-hour clutter clearing session in your home every week for 3 weeks.
Choose this option if you have a substantial amount of clutter and are ready to commit to clearing it.
Consultation fee: £30 per hour x 18 hours (3 full day sessions) = £540 + VAT = £648 (+ travel time & expenses)
There is usually also a one-time fee of £12 + VAT for the supply of clutter clearing materials.
What's different about the clutter clearing methods I use
Professional organizers will help you clear your clutter and tidy your home, but how long will it stay that way? The tried and tested methods I use, developed by Karen Kingston, will help you to discover why you felt the need to accumulate clutter in the first place so that you will understand how to prevent it building up again. You will also learn the skills to clutter clear, tidy, and organize by yourself, so that you can maintain the results I will help you obtain.

Special rates for local residents
If you live within 10 miles of Great Malvern, Worcestershire, discounted local resident rates are available with no travel fees or expenses to pay. Please send a consultation quotation request and I will call you to discuss.
Healthy Home consultations
This type of consultation is best done at the stage where you are considering buying or renting a new home, to make sure it will be a healthy place to live. It can also be done after you move in if you find you are not sleeping well, always wake up feeling tired, or start to become unwell. It includes checks for geopathic and electromagnetic stress in key areas of the home (beds, desks, sofas, etc) and offers a range of solutions.
Consultation fee: £75 + VAT per hour (+ travel time & expenses)
Example: A 2 bedroom home can take 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the issues involved
Travel expenses & payment
Travel time: Travel time is charged at £25 + VAT per hour
Travel expenses: Travel costs are calculated at 40p + VAT per mile
Overnight accommodation: For round trips of 200+ miles or consultations that take 6 hours or more, there may be a charge for overnight hotel accommodation
Consultations outside England & Wales: These are charged at a daily rate, which includes travel time. Travel expenses are charged extra at cost.
A 10% deposit is usually required at the time of booking. The balance can be paid at the end of the consultation, or at the end of the first consultation when a series of clutter clearing consultations is booked at a discounted price. Payment can be made by credit card, cheque, cash, or bank transfer.
