Multi-currency store
To make it easier for all our international customers, there is now a drop-down CHOOSE YOUR CURRENCY box at the top of the left sidebar where you can select your preferred currency. You will be billed in UK pounds sterling so what you pay may not correspond exactly to the currency conversion figure you'll see on screen (that will depend on the conversion rates operated by Paypal or your credit card company), but it will give you a very fair idea of the cost.
Free worldwide shipping
There is now FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders over £80 in value (excluding VAT), except for bulk orders of books. We do our best to ship within 1 working day of receipt of order, or 3 days at the latest. Orders weighing over 2 kilograms are sent by express courier and take 1-4 days to arrive.
Smaller orders are sent by regular mail and may take anywhere between 1 - 28 days, depending on where in the world you live. We will soon have a feature allowing you to pay for expedited shipping for a smaller order you need to be sent to you more urgently. In the meantime, send us an email and we'll let you have a quote for express delivery.
Please note that in countries outside the EU you may be required to pay import duties on receipt of the products, and items made of wood may also be subject to quarantine regulations.
Secure payment
You can pay online via Paypal, using Paypal funds or your own credit card. If you prefer not to pay online, we're also able to accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit card payments by phone for customers from most countries. Space Clearing kits
You can now save 10% on the price of a Space Clearing kit compared to buying each item in the kit separately.
Each kit contains a bell, bell stand, altar cloth, set of colourizers, and a harmony ball and stand. The sizes and prices vary according to the size of building you'll be space clearing, with the grand and large Space Clearing kits suitable for large buildings and the medium, small and miniature kits suitable for smalle places. The kits have proved to be very popular and you can find more information about them here.
Gift vouchers
You can now buy gift vouchers to treat someone you know to the Space Clearing products of their choice. This is proving to be a popular option for birthday gifts.
