Karen Kingston's international best selling book, Creating Sacred Space with Feng Shui, has brought hundreds of thousands of visitors to Bali in search of what she describes:

SPACE CLEARING PRODUCTS A wide range of Space Clearing products will be available to purchase at the workshops. THE COURSE VENUE The course will take place in the Bali Mandala Conference Centre, at Karen's feng shui designed hotel, Dancing Dragon Cottages, in Amed, East Bali. This unique octagonal building with its towering 21-meter high thatched bamboo roof, has been designed and built by Karen especially for workshops, conferences, meditation, yoga classes, weddings, and all kinds of ceremonies. Set in beautiful gardens, it consists of a 240-square meter teaching space on the upper floor and a dining area on the lower floor. Both levels have panoramic ocean views. Amed is a remote fishing village about three hours from the airport in Denpasar and two and a half hours from Ubud. It's at the opposite end of the island to where bomb blasts have occurred and far away from the usual tourist hype.		Space Clearing products

MEALS The course price includes daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshment breaks. Lunches and dinners will have vegetarian and seafood/poultry choices. If you have special dietary requirements, let us know at the time of booking and we'll do our best to provide meals you can eat from within the range of what is available in Bali. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION There is a wide range of hotels in the Amed area, ranging from budget to luxury. Many are within walking distance of the Bali Mandala conference centre at Dancing Dragon Cottages. Dancing Dragon Cottages itself has just 10 rooms, which are offered on a first-come, first-served basis - 3 Ocean Front cottages, 5 Ocean View cottages, and 2 Garden cottages. Karen has compiled a list of other hotels in the area, and her Bali Office will be happy to help you book a room in your price range. This will save you the frustration of trying to communicate at long distance with the hotels, which previous workshop participants have told us can be problematic due to the difference in time zones, language and lack of continuity with staff.

Ideally, arrive a few days before the workshops begin so that you are able to recover from any jet lag and get used to the lovely tropical climate. You may also want to stay on after the workshops to explore the island and get to see some of the many things you will learn about in Karen's classes.

FLIGHTS

There are some great flight bargains to be had if you shop around. For the optimum in comfort and reliability, Karen recommends Singapore Airlines, and there are many other airlines offering a cheaper but still very good service. There is only one airport in Bali - it's called Denpasar, and the airline code is DPS.

TRANSPORT

Dancing Dragon Cottages is about two and a half hours from the airport. The hotel has air-conditioned cars with English speaking drivers. Karen's Bali Office can arrange transport for you from the airport. Just let us know:

We can also arrange transfers from other parts of Bali, and can arrange transport to your next destination or back to the airport after the course.

Dancing Dragon Cottages' cars are more spacious, comfortable and reliable than regular airport taxis, and cost less too. Airport pick-up price for one or two passengers with a reasonable amount of luggage is US $50 standard car or US $60 deluxe car. For families or small groups, an air-conditioned 14-seater bus is available. Airport transfer US $22 per person (minimum 4 people).

ABOUT VISITING BALI

It makes no sense to come to Bali and spend all your time in workshops with Karen. You will surely want to go out into the unique spiritual culture to discover for yourself the things you will learn about in her workshops.

Amed
The Amed area is a delightful fishing village that has only recently been developed as a tourist destination. Roads to the village were made passable in 2000, and the first telephone lines were installed in 2003. It is known as a romantic getaway, as well as one of island's best diving and snorkeling resort. Indonesia has the most biodiverse coral reefs on earth, and there are locations in the Amed area that are ideal for new and experienced snorkellers and divers alike.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. While every effort will be made to accommodate dietary preferences within the range of catering available in Bali, no refunds or discounts will be made if you choose not to take the meals or refreshments included in the ticket prices.

2. In the unlikely event of any event being cancelled due to the incapacity of the speaker, inclement weather, natural disasters, outbreaks of war, civil commotions, terrorist activities, or other circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of the workshop ticket price will be made, and the applicant agrees that the liability of Karen Kingston, Shining Dragon Seminars LLC, Dancing Dragon Cottages and/or their representatives is limited to the ticket price of any advertised event which is cancelled. The participant agrees that there will be no liability for refunding any airfares, travel, hotel, meals or any other expenses incurred.

3. If a participant makes a cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to the event a refund, less a US $50 administrative fee, will be made. Any cancellation made within 4 weeks of the event will not receive a refund.

INSURANCE
It is a condition of registration that each participant has their own medical and travel insurance, and agrees that Karen Kingston and/or her representatives, will not be liable in the event of them sustaining injury or falling sick, howsoever caused. Trip cancellation (not being unable to make the trip) and luggage insurance is also highly recommended.

SESSIONS WITH KAREN KINGSTON
Karen is available for a limited number of personal sessions after the course. All sessions on September 10, 11, 12 & 13 are now fully booked, except for the following 2 sessions:

Sep 13 at 2.00pm and 4.00pm

Who the sessions are for
Personal sessions are for those people who wish to do deeper levels of personal spiritual work than is possible in the context of a large group. They are open only to participants attending all the workshops and take place at Dancing Dragon Cottages in Amed.

The focus can be any aspect of your spiritual journey you need help with. The sessions do not include feng shui advice as Karen does not work from plans. All sessions are very different and are individually tailored to the needs of the person. Most people know as soon as they read this if they would like a session or not.

A personal session lasts one hour and Karen's fee is US $325.

SESSIONS WITH RICHARD SEBOK

Karen's husband, Richard Sebok, still has some sessions available on September 10, 11 & 13.

Richard is a Space Clearing and Clutter Clearing teacher and practitioner, and the leading expert in Space Clearing altar design, as you will discover during the course. His sessions consist of an individually tailored personal altar design, followed by an IST (Inner Space Techniques) session to facilitate deep transformational shifts. Previous Bali workshop participants who have experienced his style of working have returned to Bali to take further sessions with him, or even flown him to their home country to conduct a series of personal sessions with him, ranging from one week to one month.

If you are considering booking sessions in Bali with both Karen and Richard (some people do, if they are ready to make some serious changes in their life), the recommended order is to have a session with Karen first, then Richard.

A personal session with Richard lasts one hour and his fee is US $225.

PAYMENT
Please book and pay for your personal session before confirming your travel arrangements. These sessions always book up very quickly.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your session within 7 days of booking and receive a full refund.
