Dear Karen, My fiancée and I have four hairdressing salons. The most recent business is currently a year old. We have being struggling to make ends meet, as this shopping mall that we are in is very quiet. Many of the shop owners have closed down and are in huge debt. We are facing the same dilemma. It's heartbreaking, as we have put so much money into this shop. Apparently the building is laid upon a nun's cloister and there were also burial grounds. I have often wondered if the owners blessed the sacred ground before demolishing. Since reading your book I am absolutely convinced that some type of ceremony needs to be performed. Do you have any practitioners in South Africa? If not your advice would be highly appreciated. - Collette Taylor, South Africa | Karen's reply: Unfortunately this type of question is all too common in my mailbag. Building over burial grounds is always determined by economic rather than spiritual considerations and always results in problems. I do not yet have any trained Space Clearing practitioners in South Africa, and in any case, I do not actually know of any ceremonY that can fully correct this situation. I would advise you to give serious consideration to cutting your losses with this business and focus instead on the ones that are prospering. |
